let's hear it from my high school friend mike -- who was and still is (that remains to be seen) a huge INXS fan...

My deepest thoughts about RockstarINXS:
(1) Here's one of the losers wearing a nice shirt .



(2) It's a good idea to hold auditions for a lead singer. None of the members know how to sing.
(3) It might have been "Aussie Idol", but got rejected for copyright infringement.
(4) Can we now get Kylie or Gwen to audition? Please?
(5) RockstarINXS. Kulang ang retirement savings namin!

here comes the bride...

my friend gina, got married over the weekend and i have to say it was a beautiful wedding. it was the couple who planned for everything -- from the invitations, to the flowers, to the venue, to the tokens for the guests -- everything! it was very well organized -- there were a few close calls but otherwise just perfect. we were honored (and i use that term very loosely) to help coordinate on the day itself and although it was nerve wracking and tiring (running around in heels is not my idea of fun!) not to mention the fact that we had to be up at an ungodly hour because the wedding was to be at 7 in the morning!!! -- it was well worth it though. here are a few of the pictures: the heroes of the day! we accept events coordination for KBL (kasal, binyag at libing)!

old friends

i was browsing through the web one day (just like any other day) when i clicked on a link that looked promising. i saw a familiar name so i called the no. listed (which was an overseas no. but what the heck!) and to make a long story short i found my old college friend. i was sooo excited! it was like my birthday and christmas rolled into one. unbelievable! and when i finally got to talk to her it was as if it was just yesterday when we saw each other last. we've set up a date so looking forward to that.
